Traveling east on I-4. Take exit 21, which is St. Road 39,
Alexander St. and Buchman Hwy. All at the same time. (Amazing.)

The first intersection is Alexander Street. Stay to the left,
go straight through at the stop sign (after stopping of course) then.

Follow winding road about ½ mile. (It’s kind of pretty.)

Be sure you stay in the left lane here.

You’ll soon reach an intersection with a traffic light.
Buchman Highway goes left (north) and Wheeler Street goes right (south).
You keep going straight again here. You’ll cross over some railroad tracks, then take

your first immediate right.

There’s Stewart Homes on your right.

Traveling west on I-4. Take exit 23, Park Road.

Get in right lane and go back under Interstate 4.

Take an immediate right on South Frontage Road
(look for Arby’s - this is the service road running parallel right next to the Interstate).

Take South Frontage Road for just about 1 mile
(you’ll pass Palm Harbor (our competitor) on your left first).

You’ll see the Days Inn on your left and
Stewart Homes on the left immediately after the Days Inn.

The first person you’re likely to meet is Jennifer, who can introduce you to the best person to show you the model homes. Cheryl Stewart-Greene is the General manager. She is energetic and knowledgeable about manufactured and modular homes. She grew up in this business (she is Walt Stewart’s daughter and Walt Sr.’s granddaughter). And she practices what she preaches. Cheryl and her family live in a Stewart manufactured home. If you get a chance to meet her you are sure to like her. In fact you will probably like pretty much everybody at Stewart Homes. They will not steer you wrong.
